Every repair is tested before we hand it back, and backed by a 90-day warranty. If it fails, we fix it free.

Repair Terms & Conditions
- All prices shown are starting estimates for typical jobs. Your exact price is confirmed for free after we inspect your device, before any work begins.
- We use genuine Apple parts where available, or clearly disclosed OEM-grade alternatives.
- Repairs are subject to parts availability: less common models may take longer if a part needs to be sourced.
- Screen, battery and camera repairs don't require wiping your device. Logic board, water damage and some software repairs may require a reset. We'll always tell you beforehand.
- Every repair carries a 90-day warranty covering the specific issue we fixed. It doesn't cover new physical or liquid damage after the repair.
- If we find additional damage beyond your original complaint during diagnostics, we'll quote it separately before proceeding. We never repair beyond what you've approved.
- Please back up your device beforehand where possible. See "Get Your Device Ready" above.

Is my data safe during a repair? +
Yes. Screen, battery, and camera repairs don't require wiping your device. For software or data recovery work, we'll always explain what's involved before starting, and recommend backing up beforehand wherever possible.
Do I need an appointment? +
No, walk in anytime during opening hours. If you'd rather confirm we have your part in stock first (especially for less common models), message us on WhatsApp before coming in: +256 749 144 388.
How long does a repair take? +
Screen and battery replacements are usually done the same day. More involved repairs, like water damage or logic board work, can take up to 48 hours depending on parts availability and diagnosis complexity.
What if my device won't turn on at all? +
Bring it in anyway, free diagnostics cover this too. Common causes range from a drained battery or faulty charging port to water damage or a logic board issue, and we'll tell you which it is before quoting any repair.
What's covered by the 90-day repair warranty? +
If the specific issue we repaired recurs within 90 days, we fix it again at no charge. Keep your repair receipt as proof. It's your reference for any warranty claim.
